Martin Krizek	b22f976480	Remove duplicate any_errors_fatal test file (#75345) ... test/integration/targets/any_errors_fatal/18602.yml is not run via runme.sh and is testing the same as test/integration/targets/any_errors_fatal/always_block.yml which is actually run.
